La DiaMantés reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and the revised version will be posted on the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

  • All products listed on the Website are lab-grown diamond jewellery, unless otherwise stated.

  • We make every effort to display our jewellery as accurately as possible, but variations may occur due to screen/device settings.

  • Availability is subject to stock. Custom or made-to-order items may require longer processing times.

3. Orders & Payments

  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided (billing/shipping) is accurate and complete.

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways.

  • Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes/GST. La DiaMantés reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free shipping within India.

  • Delivery timelines: 21–25 business days for most products (custom and made-to-order).

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties/taxes, payable by the customer.

  • Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email/WhatsApp.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with packaging, certificates, and tags intact.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping.

  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange (unless defective).

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. User Obligations

By using our Website, you agree that:

12. PAN Card

As per current RBI guidelines mandated by the Government of India, You will need to provide Your Permanent Account Number (PAN) for all purchases of INR 2 lakh and above.
