What Can’t Be Exchanged?
To preserve the exclusivity of our jewellery, the following items are non-exchangeable:

Customised & Personalised Jewellery – Including engraved and made-to-order pieces.

Used or Worn Items – Jewellery showing signs of wear, damage, or modification.

Third-Party Alterations – Items altered or repaired by someone other than La DiaMantés.

Processing Your Exchange

Once we receive your package, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it within 2–4 business days.

After approval, you may choose another design or size of equal or higher value (price differences can be paid securely).

The exchanged item will be delivered within 7 business days after inspection.
Refunds
Currently, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide a smooth and secure exchange process.
Delivery Timeline
As each piece is crafted with care, please allow 21–25 business days for delivery after order confirmation.
