Shipping policy

At La DiaMantés, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted with precision and care. We ensure safe, secure, and timely delivery of your order — fully insured until it reaches you.

1. Free Shipping Across India

Enjoy free shipping on all orders nationwide. No hidden charges, just pure elegance delivered to your doorstep.

2. Secure & Insured Delivery

  • Each order is packaged carefully to withstand transit.

  • Every shipment is 100% insured until delivered.

  • For high-value orders, a signature and valid ID may be required at the time of delivery.

3. Shipping Timelines

  • All Orders: Shipped within 21–25 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Certification (if opted): May add an extra 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery duration may vary slightly depending on your location.

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email and WhatsApp notification with:

  • Tracking ID & AWB number

  • Direct tracking link

You can also track your order anytime under “Track Your Order” on our website.

5. Delivery Locations & Guidelines

For security purposes, we do not deliver to:

  • Public places (malls, hotels, restaurants, etc.)

  • PO Boxes

We only deliver to secure addresses such as residences or offices.

For workplace deliveries, please include:

  • Department name

  • Employee ID/Code

  • Direct contact number

6. Missed Deliveries

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.

7. Shipment Discrepancies

To ensure a smooth process:

  • Please record a video while unboxing your order.

  • If the parcel looks tampered/damaged, or the contents are incorrect, kindly refuse delivery.

  • Report discrepancies immediately at +91 95604 44505 or support@ladiamantes.com, attaching your unboxing video.

8. Delays & Exceptions

Although we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control (natural calamities, government restrictions, courier delays). In such cases, we’ll keep you informed promptly.

9. Transit Insurance

All La DiaMantés shipments are fully insured until they safely reach your hands.
